BB Partnership have obtained Planning and Listed Building consent for the conversion of the former the former Pollokshields West Church from nursing home to 17 residential units (change of use). 

The building is Category B listed and lies within the West Pollokshields Conservation Area, in central Glasgow.

The consent, supported by HES (historic Environment Scotland) includes the demolition of a modern addition to the north façade and the reconstruction of a larger extensions, the refurbishment of the roof space and conversion into habitable space, the reconfiguration of the floorplates and layouts and the landscaping of the external grounds.
