Over the years, we’ve engaged with residents groups regarding proposals for a new purpose-built student housing, co-living and large scale housing schemes; obtained licenses to alter for a number of apartment refurbishments in mansion blocks ; operated within London’s key estates (Grosvenor, Cadogan, Crown, Eyre, Portland, and Wellcome); and assisted with party wall agreements with neighbours who have concerns about proposed basement extensions.
