Located in the Thurloe and Smith’s Charity Conservation Area in The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, the project involved the extension and refurbishment of the grade II listed property. The buildings previous use had been as a dental surgery and as part of the scheme the use was returned to being a single dwelling house.

Planning and listed building consent was obtained for the formation of basement under the existing rear garden along with the erection of basement and ground floor extensions at rear and an infill extension below existing second floor extension.

Along with a complete internal refurbishment the scheme included the  insertion of rooflights and solar panels at main roof level and landscaping of the front and rear gardens.
