The scheme involved the internal reconfiguration and extension of a Grade II listed terraced house located in Belgravia originally built between 1839-1841.
The scheme included the complete remodelling of the house including the introduction of a lift and construction of a ground floor extension.
As part of the project we obtained planning and listed building consent from Westminster City Council along with Grosvenor Estate approval.
