155 Chingford Road is a residential development in Walthamstow , consisting of 9 residential units. 

BB Partnership were the architects for the Stage 4 design and the discharge of the planning conditions. 

The scheme involved the demolition of an existing single-storey commercial unit on the site and the creation of the new-build residential development providing 9 flats which includes a mix of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3- bedroom flats.

The site had a number of constraints including acoustic and contaminated land issues which had to be overcome during the detailed design and construction process.  

The development was awarded the Secure by Design Silver Awards for the residential units.
