BB Partnership have obtained planning approval from Ealing Council to extend and refurbish an existing retail and residential property on the corner of The Vale and Du Cros Road. The approval consists of a three-storey extension to the rear of the property adjacent to Du Cros Road along with an additional mansard roof extension which add a further floor of residential accommodation. The retail unit on the corner of The Vale and Du Cros Road is maintained and extended as part of the approval.
