Cameo N7: Transforming Mill Hill with Landscape-Led Living
Multi-Unit Residential

Client: Private
Project Value: Undisclosed
BB Partnership has successfully secured planning approval and listed building consent from Southwark Council for a new-build, five-storey building, including a basement. The development will provide commercial space at the basement and ground floor levels, alongside seven new residential units on the upper floors.
Situated within the Tower Bridge Conservation Area, the project makes use of a currently vacant site and will adjoin a Grade II listed building. The design takes a traditional approach, with careful attention to detail to ensure harmony with the surrounding historic architecture.
Obtaining approval has been a long and complex process and in the below link for our article, we will outline what was involved.
