  • The hotel, situated within the Nevern Square Conservation Area, was completely refurbished. The internal floors were removed and reinstated with the removal of all internal floors and the addition of a floor within the volume of the existing building and the constraint of the existing façade.
  • The refurbishment included the complete reconfiguration of the internal layouts including all rooms, the staircases, the reception and communal areas,  the reconstruction of the roof with relocation of plant to the roof, replacement of all windows and the repair of the historical façade.
