• Development of corner site, to include retail space at ground and basement floors, and 5 luxury apartments above set over 6 floors
• The total floor area consists of 5800 sq ft of residential space and 2000 sq ft of commercial space
• The external shell has been completely refurbished and the internal floors have been re-planned with an addition of a 6th floor and roof terrace
• The retro 60’s appearance of the building was retained with the adoption of Portland stone cladding, refacing of the concrete frame and replacement of the windows
• The interiors were designed in collaboration with Clare Norrish Interior Design
