The total floor area consists of 5800 sq ft of residential space and 2000 sq ft of commercial space
The external shell has been completely refurbished and the internal floors have been re-planned with an addition of a 6th floor and roof terrace
The retro 60’s appearance of the building was retained with the adoption of Portland stone cladding, refacing of the concrete frame and replacement of the windows
The interiors were designed in collaboration with Clare Norrish Interior Design
