BB Partnership have been appointed 18 month ago to adjust the previous speculative proposal for the Grade II* listed Fulham Town Hall to the requirements of the future tenants. Following a section 73 application and discharge of pre-commencement conditions, Fulham Town Hall is finally going out for tender. Once completed, Fulham Town Hall will once more be a social hub in the centre of Fulham, featuring a 90 bed Hotel, operated by Room2, various Bars and Restaurants, Co-working and Event spaces.
