Great to see work progressing at Wates Yard, a development of 17 apartments at 82-84 Mitcham Lane, Streatham, Wandsworth.
The project is made up of two elements-
A new build block to the rear of the site for which Prior Approval was obtained for the demolition of the existing workshop and erection of part 2, part 4-storey building to provide 9 flats
The existing front building for which planning approval has been obtained for the erection of four-storey side and rear extensions, conversion of rear part of ground floor to residential with retention of front part as commercial (Class E) use in connection with conversion of building into 8 flats units with associated bin and bike storage and landscaping.
