Planning consent has been obtained from Brent Council for a mixed-use development comprising of 157 shared living units designed in accordance with Policy H18 of the London Plan along with 8 self-contained flats. The scheme will also include retail and light industrial floor space along with communal facilities for the shared living units, the surrounding public realm will also be enhanced as part of the proposed scheme including the creation of a new public arcade linking Cricklewood Broadway to Hassop Road.
