Having received a positive reaction following presentations of the masterplan proposals for the site to CABE, GLA and TFL, BB Partnership have been instructed to develop the scheme design with a view to submitting a pre-app to Brent Council.
The project is a new build mixed-use development with a GIA of 23,000 m2 comprising 250 residential units with commercial space below.
