BB Partnership have recently completed a new build five storey mixed use development in Helmsley Place, London Fields, Hackney comprised of approximately 1,600m2 of office space along with eight flats.
The works comprised of the almost complete demolition of the existing building followed by the erection of the new five storey building along with a basement and associated hard landscaping.
Our involvement included amending the previously obtained planning approval for the site through the production of construction information, construction on site and handover.
