We have recently completed the above scheme, having obtained planning consent to extend the existing one bedroom one bathroom flat into a two bedroom two bathroom flat. The existing one bedroom flat in the heart of Knightsbridge had a large roof terrace and by working with a rights of light consultant we were able to obtain planning consent from RBKC to extend out onto the roof terrace.
