BB Partnership have obtained planning approval from Epping Forest DC for the proposed single storey rear extension, enlargement of the loft space, modification of the front façade and internal alterations to improve the floor layouts at Bracken Drive, Chigwell, IG7 5RD.
Several attempts have been made previously to extend the property some of which were refused. As part of the design development, BB Partnership submitted a pre-planning application which received positive feedback from the local planning authorities and was the basis of the successful Housholder Planning Application. We also engaged with an Arboriculturalist consultant to meet the requirements set out by Epping Forest DC policy and address mitigation required as a result of the implications assessment.
