BBP have been appointed to take this project into the detailed design and construction stages. The project entails the conversion of an existing commercial building into a mixed-use development comprising 32,000sq.ft of office space including a basement plus a two storey roof extension for 8 residential units. The scheme was designed by Willingale Associates.
