A prior approval application has been made for the conversion of 96,000sq.ft of office space into 221 residential units. We have also been appointed to prepare feasibility studies to demolish the industrial units to the rear of the site and develop the space for a mixed use scheme comprising in the order of 200,000sq.ft of B1 and C3 residential use.
