Additionally, we develop projects that already have planning consent and develop them through the construction stages of a project and can work for contractors on design and build (D&B) projects, ensuring seamless integration of design and construction processes. Our team manages the detailed design and construction phases while also performing the role of Building Regulations Principal Designer.
