BB Partnership has achieved full planning consent from the London Borough of Brent for a large new-build mixed use development on a 1 hectare site in North-West London. The £55M development comprises the demolition of a large shed retail unit and the construction of three blocks ranging from 2 to 9 storeys with basements for car parking and ancillary uses. The 290,000 ft2 scheme will deliver 8,000 ft2 of commercial space and 238 residential units for the PRS market. This scheme is the first phase of a larger masterplan that extends into the adjoining site.
