Renovation of Grade II listed dwelling, SW1X, London

BB Partnership were appointed in 2015 to vary a planning and listed building consent previously attained by another practice, and to subsequently produce working drawings with a view to commencing on site. The scheme involved alterations and extensions to an existing Grade II listed building including excavation of basement, a rear extension at lower ground, ground and first floors, provision of a raised garden and internal changes including installation of a lift.
