BB Partnership has submitted a proposal for a new residential development physically and visually connected to the existing settlement of Ongar. It will be formed of 69 houses and 24 flats arranged in the main as semi?detached and terraced houses of mixed size and tenure with a vernacular style of architecture and strong street presence set within an accessible, landscape-led environment.
