BB Partnership obtained full planning permission in the London Borough of Barnet, following PPA with the Local Authority, for a large residential development on a 2 hectare site adjacent to the Green Belt in North-West London. The £60M development comprises the conversion of an existing 6 storey office block at the front of the site and the replacement of two large industrial sheds at the rear with five new residential blocks ranging from 3 to 6 storeys all with basement car parking. The 290,000 ft2 scheme will deliver 197 apartments for the PRS market.
