Planning granted through appeal for subterranean house in Leytonstone

An appeal has been permitted by the secretary of state to allow the construction of a 2 bedroom subterranean house in Waltham forest. The application was made following a number of unsuccessful schemes from another architect. The appeal was  collaboration with Mark Shearman, planing consultant at First Plan.
