We are delighted to share that after a thorough and lengthy process, the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham has granted their consent for our Section 73 application to vary a previous approval.
This approval paves the way for the transformation of the historic Fulam Town Hall into a stunning 90-bed hotel, along with an array of integral and ancillary facilities.
The project will not only breathe new life into the cherished Grade II* Listed Building but also serve as a beacon of hospitality and culture in the heart of London. The vision for this remarkable venue includes the incorporation of modern amenities while preserving the building’s unique heritage and architectural significance.
With the newly approved Section 73 application, we will be able to enhance the initial conversion plans and bring an array of exciting additions. Besides the 90 exquisite hotel rooms, the venue will feature elegant bars, delectable restaurants, versatile meeting rooms, and state-of-the-art conference and event spaces. The inclusion of co-working spaces will offer a dynamic environment for professionals and creatives, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Alongside the Section 73 approval a new Listed Building Consent has also been granted, enabling us to execute the necessary renovations and additions to the Grade II* Listed Building. With this approval, we will ensure that every step of the transformation respects and highlights the historical elements that make Fulam Town Hall a cherished landmark in the community.
