Located on a private mews within the Grosvenor Estate and within the Belgravia Conservation Area the scheme involved the complete rebuilding of the existing mews house with the addition of a basement behind the remodelled and retained façade.
Having obtained planning approval from Westminster City Council and Grosvenor Estate approval the house was constructed to a very high standard for a private client.
