• The project was for an end-user client, who previous home was on situated in the same street. It was their intention to create a home that improved upon their current house and better suited their lifestyle
• The proposed house is detached, is in a residential area in Hendon and comprises two storeys with additional accommodation at second storey level, set within the new roof space. It replaces a smaller property on the site.
• The design approach was to create something that is contemporary and of high architectural merit, whilst also blending into the street scene and relating to its context.
• The project came in on time and on budget.
