• BBP have completed a new-build, single family one-off house for an end user client. It is located in Stewardstonebury, Waltham Abbey within Epping Forest District Council area. Planning permission was granted in February 2019.

• In response to the clients brief the house has been designed with a traditional Georgian style elevation to the front and a more modern aesthetic to the rear using Crittall window. 

• The house provides over 7500sq.ft. of internal space arranged over three floors, with 5 bedroom suites including en-suite bathrooms and dressing rooms, reception rooms and a large kitchen living room overlooking the rear garden

• BBP were lead consultants from inception through to completion of the project including the interior design

• The contractors were SK (London) Construction
