Founded in 1991, BB Partnership is an experienced and forward-thinking architectural practice predominantly operating in the residential and mixed-use sectors.

Our dedicated team of highly skilled architects provide a full range of services from feasibility, planning and detailed design, through to supporting the construction of projects on site.

All projects are managed by a director to ensure a high level of expertise.

Red Bridge, Oak Hill Road , Romford

BB Partnership have obtained planning approval from Epping Forest District Council following a meeting of the planning committee for two new houses, located within a built-up area of Stapleford Abbotts.

The scheme involved the removal of an existing house and close collaboration with Tim Moya Associates with regards to the existing trees and the ecology of the site that contains habitats for both bats and Greater Crested Newts.

Countess Road Completion

Phase 1 of the Barker Buildings is now complete providing 36 new 1 and bedroomed apartments in Northampton in this converted factory building.

Fir Lodge Approval

BB Partnership have secured planning consent for a large, detached replacement dwelling and detached pool building within extensive grounds, located within the green belt.

The site is surrounded by woodland to the north, east and south and spans the boundary between Bromsgrove District Council and Wyre Forest District Council

Approval of extension to listed building in Westminster

Planning and Listed Building consent has been obtained for an extension, A Victorian style conservatory at first floor level, to a Grade II listed Building in the Westminster.

We identify the opportunities, constraints and risks relating to a proposed project, advising on the practicalities involved in bringing plans to fruition.

Our architects work closely with the client to agree objectives and develop strategies to move the project forward.



Planning

Our planning services include checking ensuring compliance with Building Regulations, the preparation of documents detailing the proposed project, and liaising with planning authorities to obtain planning permission. 

Detailed Design

During the detailed design stage, skilled architects prepare in-depth technical drawings and create a comprehensive plan covering every aspect of the build.



Construction

We can see your project right through to the end. Our role during construction may include carrying out site inspections and being on hand to resolve queries as they arise.
