Mixed-Use Development, Cricklewood, London NW2

Stoll Square is to be a new mixed use development on the site of a large retail unit in the London Borough of Brent. Following its demolition three blocks will be constructed to provide 290,000 ft2 of residential and commercial space.

The scheme will provide 238 residential units for the Buy-to-Let market as the first phase of a larger masterplan intended to extend to the neighbouring commercial site.

BB Partnership has recently submitted a full planning application for the scheme following multiple consultations. A decision is expected in April 2020.
