Charles and Henryk are fully qualified architects (BA.Arch., Dip.Arch.) and members of the RIBA. Since graduating from Oxford School of Architecture in 1981, they have worked for a number of established architects practices in London and the South East building up complementary areas of expertise.

Their background is mainly in the residential sector, particularly the mid to high-end market. Both have a lot of experience in assessing the viability of sites and existing buildings, in particular, properties that are in conservation areas and listed buildings. Henryk also has experience in commercial office and industrial projects, including primary healthcare premises.

Whatever the commission both senior directors maintain a close personal involvement with all their clients and their projects from inception to completion.

Stephen qualified as an architect in 1993 with a BA (hons) and post graduate diploma in architecture. Prior to joining BB Partnership in 1997 he worked for a number of award winning practices in London. Julian qualified as an architect in 1999 (BSc (hons) BArch) the same year that he joined BB Partnership. Both are members of the RIBA.

During their time at BBP they have gained a lot of experience in residential sector developments, ranging from social housing to high-end properties and varying in scale from modest extensions and conversions to large one-off houses and multi-unit developments. Both also have extensive knowledge of working on subterranean developments as well as the refurbishment and adaption of listed buildings.

Stephen’s experience includes commercial developments and he has been responsible for several embassy schemes in Central London. Julian has also worked on projects in both the medical and commercial sectors.
